• Students must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED.

• PPD (tuberculosis) Test

• SLED Background Check (must be submitted by 1st day of class)

• Drug Screening - (Florence)

• BLS/CPR for the Healthcare Provider certification

• Uniform (ceil blue)
